However, if a special follow up program is not planned after the seminars, this effect lasts only couple months.
How Does The Coaching Process Work ?
Above all, coaching programs are based on a “partnership” which requires trust and confidentiality between the coach and the coachee. Besides, it entails mutual responsibility and constant practicing. The coach emphasizes the coachee’s strengths, development areas and targets. The main purpose is to designate the action plan, increase the performance and mirror himself/herself in order to cultivate the coachee’s vision. The process works as periodical meetings with the coach on one to one basis, (generally once a week) and decision taking after each session. In each session, the previous decisions and accordingly taken actions are evaluated. Taking lessons out of mistakes and continuous strategy development is provided, while success is celebrated.

Does Addiction Occur between the Coach and the Coachee?
The coachee gets support from the coach in order to reach his/her targets. However, he / she is the one to take the steps which will create the change. During the whole process, he / she grasps ideas and suggestions from the coach and forms new perspectives through the coach’s questions. There occurs no emotional addiction during the process because the coach never attempts to solve the psychological problems of the coachee. The purpose of this coaching relationship is to give additional support to the individual who is actually capable of succeeding on his / her own.
